I agree, I think the both sides want this to happen, its just how they do it without a public outcry.

Firstly i doubt very much that the local council would get the signatures from Downing street required to spend that sort of cash AGAIN for ANOTHER sports stadium in the city when there is clearly far bigger issues to deal with that rugby league venues at present in and around Hull.

Also the contracts i am sure we have in place may well allow a groundshare somewhere in the finer print but will in no way cause us a problem what so ever as an existing tenant...

Castleford, they want to build a Tesco on their current site and the council have said there are too many already and the agreement was for house (I think)

There is no way on this earth that the council will sell to him,if there is even a slight chance of us being ousted from the kc.ATEOTD,our LEASE of the stadium could only be changed with the full backing of HCC and Hull fc.

perfectly right without the fullbacking from the council and more importantly hull fc then we will remian in the kc stadium and rightly so. the only way i would accept to leave the kc is if from the council or allams or whoever built this club our own 18-20k standing and seating stadium ect but the chances of that happening are highly unlikely. dint the mr allam not so long ago say that he woundt invest in either club and now he does this the more i hear of him just makes me wonder even more can he really be trusted.

Depending on how serious he is and how much cash he is REALLY worth, that won't be an issue as Auntie Kath would sell for the right price, she has no emotional ties to the club and as keeps being pointed out on these boards, she is a hard nosed business women, so it will be for sale (its just not advertised) at anytime. If that happens he could do what the hell he wants with it.

dont trust the guy. Firstly he wants everything for the good of the people of the city, then when he hears the council might not sell the ground he threatens to move the club out of the city. He's in it for self gain nothing more nothing less.

Maybe the council could do a deal so that city pay a rent of next to nothing for the stadium and maybe sell him the land to build the rest of the clap trap he wants

This guy throws money around like it's going out of fashion. Whatever happens, I have a bad feeling about all of this. Only 1 club will lose out and it won't be city or rovers
