About the kicking out people refer to, Keith Senior kicked out and kicked 6ft 2 Joel Tomkins in the head knocking him out and cutting his head....no charge.

Pretty much what Agar said. Both should have got 10 in the context of worse recent incidents and punishments handed out. Red card on 10 minutes is a big call.

For me an incident like that warrants a yellow card. Red card is for serious foul play. Bailey was never going to be badly hurt last night. The amount of high tackles that go unpunished now when in previous times they would of warranted straight red. In the play off games there will be alot worse that goes on and will go unpunished.

Radders shouldn't get any further match ban IMO for the incident.

I am not defending Radford to the extreme but put yourself in his position; He had his head down and Bailey elbows him two or three times. Would you be able to tell the difference between a punch and an elbow to the top of the head?

The decision should've been both off for ten to calm down or both off period.

IMO Radford has no sort of a rugby league brain. You only have to witness how many times he wastes a tackle with a pathetic little drive in the oppositions 20 on 4th and 5th tackle.
To allow himself to be rattled by a sad little thug like bailey is incredibly unprofessional from a suuposedly "seasoned professional" and club captain.
How anyone in his position could let his club, his team mates and the fans down like that is beyond me. If I were in charge of FC I'd be giving him a huge fine. Not that he'd have a contract if I were in charge.
I cannot believe we have given him another deal. I've wanted rid of him for seasons.
After the way he left the club for Bradford I have never understood why he didn't become a pariah on the same scale as Schofield. It's not like FC fans usually forget that type of stuff.
And before anyone starts, I know he's had his best season for years but in my mind, it is too little, too late. This incident has just further proved his unsuitability as a "club captain" and in all honesty, as a super league player. Getting yourself sent off in a game as crucial as this was is the most stupid act I have seen on a rugby pitch than I can think of at this moment.
And yes, I do think that the fair outcome should have been a yellow for both him and Bailey, but you don't give a ref a chance to send you off.
I am just so annoyed that bailey's sad and thuggish tactics actually managed to get him what he wanted and that radford was stupid enough to fall for it.

the thing that annoyed me was Radford didn't land a single punch, it should have been ten minutes cooling off for both of them, especially as Bailey was doing the "come on then, you and me" crap after the referee had given it.

We could still have won, it's a shame Long and Horne decided not to turn up (rediculous decision to play them both from the start, one should have been on the bench), we took the wrong option a couple of times and bombed two seemingly certain tries.

I'd like to know why Bentham was replaced with Smith at last minute though.

I would have had Horne on the Bench with a Long/Berro half back pairing....thought long lasted better than Horne personally.

Horne was simply crap, but that is what he is now, despite other peoples protestations he's never been the player his wages seem to suggest he is (if rumour is to be believed). I was told 3 months ago that he hasn't got the heart for the game anymore, he is struggling with his diabetes etc.

He is a really top bloke, but I am afraid we need to cut him adrift as soon as we can.

After watching it back a few times, Radders only landed one, his first one. The other two just flailed around in mid-air.

Indeed, IF Radford had truely connected then Bailey would have been unconcious, I only saw it live, and it didn't look like Radders connected.

As I have said, Radford and Bailey should have got ten, Radford minutes, and Bailey months.

Bailey knew that he was lucky, thats why he made the big show of trying to get to Radders through his team mates instead of taking a shorter and more direct route to him where by Radders would have finishd the job

Everyone in SL knows Bailey is in the Cockaynce league of cowardice.

Only look at last week Briers runs past a player catches him with knee and he was out, Briers never even new he'd done it .
Has Radders a case against Smith for lack of protection while on the field of play as he did nothing to Bailey ?
