Brilliant win. Full team looked awesome. Savelio man of the match for me.
Should have nilled them really but what a start to the season. Cant wait to see this team on dry ground with Kelly and Mahe added in.

Excellent win especially in those conditions.

Andre Savelio was great today, Shaul had a stormer and Johnstone really looks the part.

All the good parts and focus on one error. Shocker.

Great all round team performance and for 80 mins. Savelio mom for me, Johnstone was excellent both in attack and defence and will give Danny competition and deserves to be in after tonight’s performance. Shauls play tonight was miles ahead of last season and kept the attack moving.
All in all a great start with plenty to build on, so far so good even discipline was much improved.

Which wasn't even an error, wont get too carried away, but what a difference a good pack makes, Thought Savelio, Sao and Satae were great, hard to put down and looking to offload. Good defence particularly our goal line scramble, although our wingers still seem to drift , so something to work on.

Looks like Radford got it right, interesting team selection next week.

just keep our heads with no daft penalties and increase the pressure on leeds when Taylor,Sao and Ellis come back on and more Hull fc tries should come

This is a special team, watched Satae and Sau after final whistle and they loved it. Team bonding seems exceptional. Injuries apart, we can go places.

If all fit then you shouldnt change a winning team especially as it was such a dominant win.
If Houghton is fit i can see him coming in for Lane on the bench.

Shaul’s best game in two years. Forward pack a total nightmare for the most Agar side I’ve ever seen.

Lots of positives from todays game, but I was particularly pleased with how tidy we were.
Some great performances from quite a few players, but Savelio was my motm.

I've backed Shaul for man of Steel, so that was a good start to that, solid shift from him today. Everyone did their jobs well.

2pts on the board and on to the derby,. Big game, our home record has been poor, we need to nip that in the bud, right away, and start as we mean to go on.

If that is representative of the season ahead (bid if, obviously), there looked to be a good few league places between those teams.

Hugely encouraging start. All of the new boys looks good but I thought it was the 2 not quite new boys in Savelio and Satae that stole the show. The whole pack was impressive though. Looking for offloads, pushing up in support, varying the point of attack. Connor didn't do too much flashy stuff but pulled the strings nicely. The most important thing though was the desire in defence.

I can't find fault with any of that. I said in pre season that I still had real doubts over Radford but if that is the standard we are going to set this year then I will be eating my words. Just got to back it up now.

A great solid start.

Thought the entire team played well but especially the forwards.
Particularly impressed with Savellio and Ligi tonight.

Very tidy performance. Nothing astounding in attack but was a great allround performance. Sorry to be an Ellis basher but its time we moved on - we dont need him anymore - play someone else against KR please Lee

Enjoyed that. Ellis gave us 30 min and IMO layed the platform. Isnt going to play every game but still an important squad player
