It would appear the reason the Bradford team made it before the Hull lads is because they hadn't gone beyond the junction on the M62. So their coach could come off, the Hull lads were stuck in front of them but couldn't get off the motorway. Sods law I'm afraid.

the story will unfold but it looks like bradford have agreed to this. i wonder if there could have been grounds for them to claim the points, but as they have been stuck out there themselves, they may have had sympathy and decided the fair thing was to play the game. just a thought at this stage

Absolutely amateur by Hull FC. The players shouldnt be travelling across just a few hours before. They should be there in the morning being monitored, given the right diet etc. This is beyond amateur imo

Not sure about the whole 'players should be there earlier' argument, but the handling of the problem was cack. Leaving fans sitting there in the cold, not communicating with local media, saying the game is on, then calling it off - quite poor.

How is it any different than the Bradford team coach setting off at around the same time, but being fortunate enough to get out of the problem?

Exactly being late in this instance was beneficial. Ironically if our lads had set off later they would have got off at the junction Bradford did.

Personally I think both teams should have camped out on the pitch on Thursday, then we wouldn't have had this farce.

Gives an insight into the club imo. Basically your left to your own devices all day when its a night game then you have to turn up at a set time which has all fallen apart tonight. Basically your allowed to do feck all all day then turn up and play. Not what i expect from a professional club and especially the one i support.

As for Bradford we dont know what theyve been up to all day or what time they met so cant exactly comment on them but will do on this joke of an evening for FC. Remember this game has been called off because FC players couldnt attend an FC home game, not Bradford fault at all

Here we go...you just cant help it can you.the FC players where ok last season wasnt they but 1 serious accident and you pipe up...what if players where here and bradford was late...would you be calling for them to get here early.

Oh - and these players aren't based 'on the other side of the country' either. The vast majority live in West Yorkshire.
