I'm not happy but I don't think its up to annonymous people like you to tell me not to go. Some of us have spent a lot of time and money supporting our team over the years. Plus fetching up the family to support the Black and Whites. Unfotunately its now becoming more difficult to drag them along with me. Also one of my mates won't come anymore whilst Agar is coach and he went to his first game 1956 against Halifax at Maine Road.
I've no idea how long you've going to watch FC, but however long it is don't accept mediocrity which is what we have right not.

well im looking forward to this 5 year plan after witnessing the last 5 years god i can see it in 2015 finishing 10th and people been happy coz we improved from finishing bottom the year before

i was not telling you not to go. You have a choice. alot of people on here moan for moanings sake. Ive just replied to 2 posts complining agar doesnt improve players and give examples of players who have got better and come through while he has. Last year our recruitment has got better. Is it the best? probably not. is it not for the want of trying? probably not again. As fans we have choices, either go or dont. If your not happy with things then its your choice. I know times are hard for people to make games.

Alot of fans here moan for moaning sake, alot of other fans read this board and hate agar but they probably dont even know why they do.

Heres my take on the season. You can agree or not.

I was hoping for top 8 at the start and a real hope for 6th, anything better would have been a bonus. Missing our halfback for most of the season really has not helped our cause but up until last week we had a chance of finishing 4th. Agar has improved a few players recruited good players for this season, diciplined players for whatever reason when needed and stuck by it.

Ok we have not always played great rugby and propbably lost games id like to have won. Probably the standard of rugby i would have liked to see was quite not there also.

Im really hoping we can recruit maybe 1 more decent player and build again for the season after. I will be getting my pass for next season (through choice) and i hope you do too.

I'm not worried though, we're now in the off season... and Hull FC play like legends in the off season, with signings only the Gods themselves could dream of making.

Really pains me to see you guys not fulfilling your potential as a club. Great club, great ground, great fans, great marketing, and you're imo being let down by an average coach.

Madge for us (Wigan) has made such a huge difference to our performances, but also the players attitudes and mindsets. Talk to any of our players, and you'll quickly find out what a huge difference the right coach makes. Best piece of business Lenaghan has ever done.

I really hope you can find the right man to deliver on your potential, I just really don't see that Agar is that man sadly.

It genuinely is sickening to come on here and read the usual suspects sticking up for Agar.. Guys you were wrong about him, he's embarressed you and more importantly we are now undoubtedly the city's second team. Those of you who still support him or even claim to be 'undecided' are as big a part of the cancer as he is.

Not sure what you base that on. Last off season we got pretty much everyone we went after. This season is tougher and we've missed a couple of targets, but you won't win them all.

If agar had been in charge of leeds, saints, wire, hudds or wigan, does anyone think they would have played the same brand of rugby they have this season and finished where they have?

In a results business does finishing 6th and losing in the 1st round of the playoffs count as success? (with his own players)

I'm not sure if that's a pop at Agar or defending him TBH. Are you saying the other clubs wouldn't stand for it, or that it's down to the players we have here that dictate our dour rugby?

I'd put the blame 50/50. Our lack of enthusiasm last night was shocking.

Given that six out of the thirteen other clubs will have done better than us I would say not. It's an improvement on the last two seasons although that was not difficult to achieve.

Success is probably stretching it a bit far. If we'd won one play-off game I'd have been more inclined to call it a success, but going out at the first hurdle has basically put us on the same pedestal as Crusaders. It's a success for them as they're new to the game, but for us I'd say it's the bare minimum of an ok season.

Every time i mentioned Agar not been good enough i was told by many on here to judge him on results at the end of the season. I still dont think he's the man for the job.

I'm baffled as to why we've played teams down the middle most of the season to a decent standard and then last night from minute 1 we shifted the ball to the fringes.

I'm also still baffled why Moa only gets 2x10min spells.

Is Agar the right man to move us forward next year?
