Another very impressive performance from Adam Pearson. He is confident, professional and passionate and I for one feel pretty smug and comfortable having him in control of our club.

We are not guaranteed success, but having him in charge makes it much more achievable than it was any timein the past 3 seasons.

Apparantly Gollum was skulking around before the evening kicked off. Wonder what that was about?

I watched with interest. He came across very well as he should. Loved the bit when he said the money for the club had come from his account, maybe someone should have followed up with "did someone else deposit in your account before" to put it to bed. One thing for sure your club will be squeaky clean.

If they do a podcast, definitely worth a view. They asked questions about Gleeson, the inquiry, Hudgell, Kath, Agar, whether we'd get booted out if City got promotion, targets for the season - didn't shirk any of them. Disappointed no one asked about whether we'd be taking action against Paul Cooke, though. Bonus for me was Mr Lynch on the panel too. Happy days.

On the Rovers unofficial forum, there is now a thread called "Pearson threatens to sue RL" I thought he was saying if Gleeson sues us, he'll be counter-suing the previous administration, i.e. Kath. Did I misinterpret his comments - don't think he was threatening to take the RFL to court, was he?
