I don't see how a club employee struggling to adjust to life on the other side of the world to his friends, family and everything familiar to him could be said to be 'bad for business'.

In fairness it hasnt been a great start to the year every game and week seems to have been freezing. Think me maybe just needs to man up for a couple of weeks until it gets warmer. The suns on its way, the surf is as good an hour from Hull as anywhere in Sydney and VB is on special in Morrisons. We are also hopefully paying him a good wage to do his job. What more could he want if he can get his family over. Anyway hope he dosent go I have seen flashes of a really good full back their.

Given that Gentle didn't sign him, if he stays until the end of the season, then goes freeing up quota & cap space, this is surely the ideal outcome for you? Gentle can then get his "own man".

I Disagree mate,i think he is one of the best full backs we have for a number of years,very good with the high ball plus has great awareness and scores tries,i sort of see were you are coming from tho cos if he does go,as i have faith that the new regime will bring someone decent in place of him.

Dont get me wrong mate, i agree he is a quality FB that is not even questionable and as good as we have had since Kemble in my opinion however i think there is now a comfort zone feeling that we have the right guys in place now to replace like for like in the interests of the team and not who is cheapest any more

Its stupid to say we won't miss Wade if he leaves mid season, Horne would have to play fullback when fit leaving us with a full season of Ellis and Seymour (again when fit), Ellis has a great kicking game but I am not convinced about ball in hand. Wade has been sublime at times and while he can have the odd brainfart its been less and less recently.

Hopefully if he is unsettled we can reach a compromise where he stays until we find a replacement.

Think the same mate, been big fan of him since he's arrived. Despite the stories of him being unsettled, he's seemed to love it here, along with Seymour. Very animated and enthusiastic.
