I didnt watch the game live, but was following on Twitter. I could work out what it was, then I watched the re-run later..........OH DEAR!!......nearly as bad as the Power Play idea in the Aussie game this morning.

.....and then on top of that, whats the idea of interviewing players on the pitch between tries? It felt awkward.



We already have one of the most entertaining, exciting and brutal products in sport, why do they feel the need to mess about with it in every off-season?

Did anyone else notice, at the start of Fridays game, they had the name of the player tackled next to the metres gained. They kept getting it wrong and it wasn't used at all in tonights

I've noticed at the masters tennis they sometimes mic up a player and talk to him between points(not all btw). It was rather insightful but I'm not sure if RL is ready for this just yet.

If so, I'd be going mental as a coach and telling Sky to keep the f**k away from my players when they've got a game to keep focussed on.

It really did!! Joey Johns was running on the pitch with his mic every time a conversation was being taken.



A rugby field should be a sacred place while the game is on. The only chat should be between players and the training staff.

Must have realised it's a stupid idea because they didn't do it once during the Salford-Cas game. If they did I must have missed it.
