I don't expect HullFC to win every single game in a competitive league that has a salary cap, but I do expect to see effort and to be entertained. Neither of which I feel we have been getting consistently enough. Going to the KC is a chore these days and the way things are going I feel I am drifting away from the club.

Interesting that the bookies see Smith as favourite. Hopefully they know something we don't because I would be happy with that. I think he's been a little naive in allowing all of Warrington's side to grow old together, but he's a very good coach.

Maybe 'Lenny' told him over a few beers? Or maybe AP is also his BFF? Either way, if Pearson persists with Radford after anything less than a 6th place finish, I would worry about the direction we're heading in. Particularly if we don't even make the play offs.

ok the way i see it is if hull win a few games and we manage to make the top 8 or just miss out i think radford will be safe, but if we go into freefall he will be gone before the season is finished no matter how much everybody says hes safe

I sincerely hope you're wrong. If that's the case we'll have gone from 'no longer will a 6th place finish be seen as a success' to 'if you get us to 6th you'll get the sack, but 9th is just fine and dandy'.
