For those criticising FC players. They normally arrive 2 hours before kick off. You can't do much when the motorway is closed.

You play for the club, you live near the club, simple really. Maybe its the only way they can get players to come here these days

it looks as if the hull players travelled ahead of the bradford coach and are stuck in that part of the m62 after the junction the bradford coach was able to get off on. so they are stuck in a kind of no mans land between the junction and the accident

hull players getting a route cleared for them by the police - game kicks off at 9.15 so will end at 11.00 or so. not good for any young kids but at least it looks like we have a game. hope our stuck fans can make it over

We set off from South Yorkshire at 16.30, but thankfully hadn't left my parents' house before we found out about the delay. Having a decent beer in the warm before we set off. Feel for those in the stadium though.

Correct decision, but should have been made earlier. Bratfut fans will be stuck in the same mess, so away fans are disadvantaged. It's the only thing they could have done. Just too late.

It would appear the reason the Bradford team made it before the Hull lads is because they hadn't gone beyond the junction on the M62. So their coach could come off, the Hull lads were stuck in front of them but couldn't get off the motorway. Sods law I'm afraid.

the story will unfold but it looks like bradford have agreed to this. i wonder if there could have been grounds for them to claim the points, but as they have been stuck out there themselves, they may have had sympathy and decided the fair thing was to play the game. just a thought at this stage

As I've said they were the right side of the junction when the accident happened, Hull lads couldn't get off.

Absolutely amateur by Hull FC. The players shouldnt be travelling across just a few hours before. They should be there in the morning being monitored, given the right diet etc. This is beyond amateur imo
