Hull have shown an interest in Westerman which would more likely be for 2012.
He won`t come cheap ,where would we fit him in on the salary cap for 2011?

Most people seem to have this black cloud over ravelli and bet a lot of people haven't seen a lot of him. I would love to see rangi chase here but not going to happen and were crying out for cover in the halves and be better than playing washy there . Rovelli has played over 100 games in nrl so can't be that bad even if he isn't a world beater .

I think Cas would be stupid not to sell him for over 100K, he will no doubt leave at the end of next season where they will get nothing for him, they might as well use the cash to sign a replacement and have some money in the bank. |

It does make you wonder how much room they've got with Donald, Eastwood and Diskin leaving to be replaced by Cross and Hardaker.
At with a profit of overover £700,000 they have the capabilities.

Are you sure his contract ends in 2011 cos as I recall he signed for 4 years in 2008. Either way as a Cas fan and Hull admirer I fail to understand the massive interest in him. On his last 2 years form I don't see him adding much to what you already have and your money would probably be better spent on a halfback although to be fair you haven't seen much return on previous investment in that direction. |
