What causes people to take sides is the ignorant and antagonistic attitude of City fans towards our club and sport. Not to mention the ill-informed whining about the state of the pitch.


Unfortunately City also have an owner who is trying to make it untenable for us to remain at the KC.

This. I have no problems with Hull City and wish them well all the time but I work with a lot of City fans who always say they want FC out of "their" stadium. This attitude isn't new to the Allam era though. It was there back when Duffen was in charge of City as well.

We do have a game on Tuesday (away at Hemel) and perhaps we asked for an early kick off to give the players a big as gap as possible between games but it does seem a tad strange.

Absolutely bang on. I get sick of Blunderside reading out emails, texts, etc., from City fans containing the word "eggchasers" in them. They obviously come from small minded, pathetic people so why read them out?, it only antagonises RL fans.

Re. Sunday seating, is it correct that only the East and West stands are open?

Spoke to Hull FC this morning and they said reserved season passholders in the East stand can take their seat without buying a ticket up until kick off. So, if the entire reserved section is kept for season pass holders' seats, where are all the South Stand unreserved folk going to sit?

, I can see chaos ensuing as first come first served with the stewards doing sod all about it again.

I know there won't be a huge crowd but those that get there first will undoubtably go for the middle seats if nobody tells them they're reserved.

I'm struggling for enthusiasm for attending this fixture even though it's cheaper than a normal league game. I'm a hypocrite for calling our fan base and other clubs fans in the past as the attendances for the cup have gone rapidly downhill over the past few years. Super league opposition is a different matter but I would rather catch up on my growing list of NRL games on my sky box.

I wonder what other peoples opinions are of these early round fixtures for the cup and what the RFL can do to reinvigorate the competition as I'm sure a lot of people feel the same.

does anyone actually know the prices for sunday? i cant seem to find them anywhere

Tickets for the match are priced at £12 adults and concessions, whilst junior tickets are £5, with only the East and West stands open for this fixture.

Hull FC adult season pass holders can purchase a ticket for the match for £10, whilst junior pass holders can attend the game for FREE.

Pass holder seats will remain reserved in the East and West Stand, whilst all other reserved and unreserved seats will be available for South Stand pass holders and non-pass holders.

Concession passholders tickets are also £10. I checked this with the club last week.

I think Wigan only got about 4500 when they played them last season in the cup would expect a lot of poor crowds this weekend even with reduced prices

Was less than that from memory about 4,300 and we must have had 500 odd there.

I'll be there, got tickets today. Going to enjoy a points fest hopefully but to welcome the crusaders back to the KC
