Just looked at the stats from the weekend, Briscoe made 239 meters on Saturday, our next best was Shannon with 156.



I'm not a massive lover of stats, but that's a massive amount of meters to make, and with good ball he would be outstanding!

He is quite frankly, one of the leagues hottest properties. He may have a few faults, but he would be in my team as long as he wanted to stay,.

I would say we fail to utilise him, not his fault.

I do wish Tom the best next season but it is more than worrying for our game.

Tbh I feel SL is dying and with all our best players leaving for Aus or Union something needs to be done to address this but wether much can be done is another matter.

I doubt he will ever go to Leeds as long as Hall remains there unless the salary cap is altered dramatically. You simply can't afford to have a decent chunk of your cap spent on wingers no matter how good they are.

Just heard Briscoe interviewed on RH, Very non committal.

If he hasn't told the club, he's hardly likely to tell Blunderside.



Best thing to do is expect Briscoe and Tickle to leave, then if either or both dont we can be plesantly surprised.

When AP stated, he'd be offering Briscoe a megadeal, for a winger on a big deal ,I feel we should be using our resources on another playmaker.



I'd approach Saints if we could take Gaskell on loan.

we need players in far more important positions than wing... a new 7 for a start would make us a proper team....

until we have a good 7, then briscoe will be wasted out there, lets be honest, if ryan hall played for fc, he'd probably have 30 career try's to his name by now, not the 100+ he's currently at

Agree, you could have the best 2 wingers in the world playing for you but if you have gash half backs and centres who create very little whats the point. Tom would be mad to stay at Hull. He aint gunna win anything here over the next 2-3 years. Good luck to the lad.
