ATEOTD the majority of fans don't want to constantly knock the club and individuals within it because that is counter to their reason for being a fan. Not saying that those who criticise are lesser fans - just that for the majority of fans constant criticism and talking down the club they support isn't a natural position to take. If the overall fanbase opinion reflected the split of opinions on here there would be banners calling for the head of the coach/board at every game. The range of questions asked at forums far more reflects the range of fanbase opinion than does this internet forum IMO.

Agreed. It does make me laugh when certain people spend all day moaning on here and then when they get the chance to go and actually speak to the people who make the decisions they prefer to continue moaning on here and make out that its all stage-managed anyway.

I don't think our brand of rugby has been boring as such, some of the moves we've put together in attack, usually involving long or Tansey have been pretty good and 100 times better than last year.

The problem is that it's been inconsistent! Look at the games versus Saints, Rovers, Wire at home and we've played decent rugby and scored decent tries. On the other hand, we've been awful against Wakefield, Crusaders, Salford, Wigan - with the players almost looking like they couldn't care.

We're definately capable of the type of rugby some are after, we just don't produce it enough. Not having a settled scrum half doesn't help either.

another question for mr agar...do you(after reading some of the quality dribble wrote on the rlfans forum) think that any of your critisizers could actually organise a pis5 up in a brewery nevermind organise,motivate and set the tactics along with training of a squad of players every week?

Didn't realise he done this all on his own. So why does Webster. Have a job? Just to sit there like a nodding dog and collect a wage?. Coaches for fitness, conditioning etc, a captain and club captain, not to mention the senior players that should be able to motivate players or why bother having a captain. Turned into yet another like/don't like Agar thread AGAIN.

according to alot of the posters on this forum its his job to motivate the players,feed em like babies,wipe there ar5e,etc.

TBF after the first point it was destined to be this way.

it hasnt...but i think some need to realise whats involved in the job rather than just typing a load of boll0x on a forum about something they think they could do when clearly they couldnt.

I get your point, yes he is head coach but to say everything is completely all his decision then why bother having his other coaching staff. He must listen to them or what is the point in having them. And whoever is the captain(s) doesn't have the job of motivating the players when it matters then again its a pointless title. People complain about the Agar bashing after bad discipline, penalties, unforced errors etc but you saying its all his training, tactics and so on, and not the players. Surely the captain(s) and senior players should be getting the players back up for it on the park, not RA when things go wrong. Might point is you cannot say RA does all this on his own but yet not lay the blame at his feet. Personally I'm not a fan of his but he is here for the foreseeable future so let's just let him get on with it.
