Talking of Kear, and playoffs, remember last game of the season where we lost to Warrington, and the following game, away at Warrington,(with Andrew Johns) we gave them a good hiding. Agar had his chance last season with Leeds in the cup, after getting stuffed at Headingley. what was the result, we got stuffed again. The guy simply doesn't have the skills to define a gameplan to neutralise the oppositions strengths. Look at them vs Rovers at cardiff first game. He openly admitted he'd been watching the video of how rovers play and their so called attacking plays, and what was the result once Rovers got decent ball, we got stuffed.

I've been reading this thread and have to admire you for sticking to your guns on this subject, even through some considerable stick. But I have to say about the reaction of the crowd at the end of Friday's game, I haven't heard anything like that in all my 30+ years of supporting the club. There's no way of arguing about that I'm afraid.

i dont hate mr agar at all btw but he could work 24 hours a day seven days a week but that does not make him a head coach worthy of our great club.only results on the pitch can do that .

I've already drifted off tbh. I used to organise my weekend social life around rugby now it's the other way round. If I get a better offer, I'm gone. I have more entertaining things to spend £22 on if I'm honest. As a result I haven't been yet this season. Normally by now the club would have had about £80 of me in gate reciepts and perhaps a shirt but so far this season they've had not a single penny.
The danger is at the moment I'm not missing it at all and I could easily get used to not going regularly anymore.

Have on good authority that Danny Houghton thinks he should stay and blames the players for friday, and he to me has been one of the few that have put the effort in.
I think its unrest between players that is the problem as they aint playing for each other.

Yes i agree he should be able to sort out the players but if on the pitch they get fed up with a player or players making errors when they are putting in the effort, then i can see why they give up and dont put the effort in. Like my job i always try to do my best and pick up the slack from others every now and then but when they do it all the time it gets to be a joke and i let them know!

Agar might resign, now that would be a NOBLE gesture
