Mate, we've had nearly 3 years of the most mind numbing, uninspiring rugby from a club with all of the advantages and potential you can imagine. We all know it's agar to blame and people are voting with their feet. Do a forum search for topics with the title "agar out" and you'll get some idea

No I don't have the pleasure of knowing Expro (although I've heard plenty of him).

Anyway scapegoat is correct. Wasn't last year his year and the previous 2 a team etc he had to live with? And last season he signed some quality players and was vying for 4th spot for much of the campaign hence the reason he was offered a new contract.

By the way I'm not defending the gut I'm just simply saying there is more than 1 person to blame for the lack of display on the field.

I'm aware of all the 'Agar out' topics that keep popping up, I follow this board as much as my own. But like I just said to gary brindley there is more than 1 person to blame for the poor performance at your club.

He was offered a new contract in April, well March as it was announced on April 1st, Hardly sufficient time to be "vying for 4th place" in any significant sense.

Im not sure when the contract was offered, so ill take your word on this one but the rest of the facts remain which takes it back the original arguement of he met his [iemployers[/i expectations last season therefore he wont be leaving anytime soon.

Depends though, football and rugby are littered with examples of where the board hasn't been inclined to sack a coach but the fans have forced the issue.

well being a pass holder i had every intention of been at every home game (not wasting hard earned cash on away games) but this week, and reading some of the comments on here, iv had a rethink, as someone stated, we are all happy for somebody else to voice their opinion, take banners, chant Agar out etc etc, but we dont really want to do it ourselves, as someone said, what will make the board take note of the fans concern, is empty seats, im fed up of watching the dross thats been served up under Agars tenure, I never agreed with his appointment, but was willing to give him a chance, well in my opinion hes had more than enough time to see if he can cut it, and its glaringly obvious that hes not up to the job of head coach, and this club is on a slide with him in charge, (in an ideal world) the whole of the backroom staff should go with him, and a complete new coaching set up brought in, not appoint some one within because we would be in the same position as we are now!!
So Friday night i will be sat at home watching the Sky game, and i will not be at the KC watching the team ive supported for over 30 years, will empty seats make the board have a serious think? I hope it will!!

If enough of us do it will make them think at the very least, even though they already have your pass money it will send a strong message that enough is enough and unless they want another big drop in pass sales and attendences they will take action.

Well mate, my dad for 1, never renewed his pass this season, hes supported the club over 65 years, and if we have to sit through another season with him at the helm (Agar, not my old man

), they would have lost 3 more pass holders, ill cherry pick the games next season. Its such a massive expense for a family, the passes, shirts etc, and I cant justify spending that kind of money, only to moan through the whole season!! ive done that for the last 3 seasons, im getting on my own nerves!!!

My brother and me didnt renew our passes this season for the first time in over 10 years. We to are fed up of the dross being served up.
We have followed the team together all over the place, France etc.
Its upto the club now,we are not paying decent money to be bored to death.

Iv'e not renewed for the 1st time and have no intention of doing so until this regime goes, they ononly know one way and thats hard cash once this drys up they will soon realise, even though they already have your pass money it will affect the overall turnover on merchandise etc

Please think about Richards, son children can be very hurt and bullied at school.

The reason I didn`t renew was because my mrs couldn`t attend every game,and as the East stand is all reserved it put me off.As for you point,I do feel obliged for some reason.As I have posted before,I have that "give `em one more chance" syndrome.
