What the hell has mediocrity got to do with anything, you silly man? If the weather turns and the match commissioner or the health and safety representative says that it is unsafe for the game to go ahead, what do you think Hull FC can do about that?
Would you prefer they issue a statement saying that the game will go ahead come what may, just so some whining little turd from Mansfield doesn't get all y again? Pull yourself together. |

It is the pitch, not City that causes the problems. Boothferry Park was always acknowledged to have one of the best surfaces in football and looked like a bowling green whereas all the older ones can recall the mud wrestling which took place on the Boulevard. Remember one game being abandoned because they ran out of fresh shirts and the ref couldn't make out the two teams for the amount of mud on them?'"
