It's the lazy defence that's the issue, so many players make poor decisions or weak efforts like Lane.

He has to be dropped, really really poor start to the season, lives off a couple of good runs a season. Not big or strong enough.

That’s first half is nothing to do about being good enough or not it’s simply a case of a number of players not putting any effort in at all. Win or lose but the lack of effort, desire is truly awful and Salford are a good side but no Penrith.
