The result is irrelevant. If radford is happy with pre season it's up to him. None of us see what is happening during the week. Would people rather we played a full squad and picked up a couple of injuries but won or played the kids and got bummed but have a full squad for the 1st game of the season?

Wakey are always favourites to finish bottom, but guess what ? They never have ! Strange that innit.

It begs the question 'what's the point of having a friendly at all?' Unless you're going to practise what you've been training for using the men most likely to be enacting it in the real matches then what's the point? Don't have friendlies at all if they're not going to be used for tweeking and assessing of the team that will he doing it for real in a couple of weeks.

Otherwise you get what we got today. Bemused and disgruntled fans thinking 'what was the point of that, what am I doing here', no real progress in preparation for the season and unneeded and unwanted injuries.

The last 15 minutes I spent watching Pearson and Radford on the block of flats. Illuminating stuff, that. Judging by his body language Pearson expected more from the game too.

Never finished bottom though, never had any money. Great achievement in my eyes.

Wigan's players have proven consistently over the years that they can perform at a high level when it matters and win trophy's, so understandably they get more slack from their fans. Our team have done nothing of note for years, and many doubt Radford as a coach, losing 2 friendlies in a row with many of the same problems reoccurring such as giving away cheap penalties hardly inspires confidence.

2 thirds is what it is 2 thirds, 2/3 is what it is 2 or 3, in the context of the post it should not have been too difficult to work out even for somebody with limited intelligence.

Think the preseason matches have given Lee the chance for every one to show how him much they have improved since last season and put pressure on him to pick them. From what I've seen our best team is the one against Rovers in the first half. Didn't see anyone from the fringe players stand out. It is obvious that some of the younger players are not quite ready yet for regular super league , although there are one or two that will not let us down if called into the first team.
Yes it is disappointing that that we didn't win all the games. Were the Wigan,St Helens and Warrington fans saying there coaches don't know what they are doing when they lost? Come on today's match was a good chance for the younger players to be tested against super league opposition.
Let us see how we perform in the for real matches where it really matters before we start calling for the coaches head.
Must admit though I am not too confident at the moment in how we will do until we've got some wins under our belt.
