It is interesting that when Adam Pearson owned the SMC apart from the very first year the SMC managed to make a small profit each year and that was with the SMC having the exact arrangments with Hull Fc has it has now.

I am sure you will be equally as interested, or at least the local council tax payers should be, why, when Adam Pearson was given the SMC free, zilch, non gratis he subsequently sold it to Russell Bartlett for £6 million a few years later.
