Regarding Hay:
I sent a question to AP on FCLive, asking if Hay would be replaced.
AP replied, " Radford would combine Hay's work with his own." - in other words "No"

Warrington are in transition, they let some huge players go at the end of last season as they start rebuilding for the coming years. They also have some experienced players and better players out injured, but still look competitive for 80 mins, we are more or less at full strength and have no answers for why we look so uninterested, lack any intensity what so ever , you can see it from the first minute how lack lustre we are! Why? Only 1 answer for me, and that's problems in changing rooms, players are not happy. In saying that, they still should be more professional and put in a decent shift

| Any kind of weather unless we are losing!!!! what a fickle set of fans we have.IMO and many others we looked a lot better side in attack under radford till the Derby since then it s gone pear shaped. To put all the blame radford is ludicrous .The last two games the players in defence have been shocking and when your on the back foot like the last twenty against wakey and most the game last night we need to tackle better for some reason there has been no aggression. The players need to have a good look at themselves and start working for each other.I would not like to see radford go but defeat next week and i can see Pearson sacking him and IMO it would be wrong. Our wonderfull fickle fans have forced out coaches with lack of patience. All this negativity heaps more pressure on coaches and players and that does not help. I can see the day when Pearson calls it a day and Hull fc will be no more. Being a supporter means just that the clue is in the word all th efans who say they wont be going again are not true supporters .

What a load of self righteous tosh.
As a supporter I have the right to question the constant garbage served up by the players and coaches.
I have more passion for the club in my little finger than 80% squad.
Will I continue to go? Yes.
Will I continue to question the ing I'm witnessing.
Too right I will.

| The problem with increasing the back room staff, as many have suggested, is that it doesn't just come down to throwing money at it. You need to get in suitably qualified people, and not just ones who were at another club who won things. Warrington recruited their head of athletic performance from Leicester Rugby Union, Wigan also recruited from Rugby Union in this area. You then need qualified S & C to work with the other grades.
You are correct that you need at least a Head of Performance Analysis, plus two assistants. A large medical department, again, this is an area that Warrington and Wigan improved.
You could go on and on, the main thing is that this recruitment takes time and the people identified would want to come to the club to 'improve' the environment. Would Radford let them, or would he be intimidated by people who know more than him and simply spout out the same old "how many first grade games have you played?".
Radford is a classic example of right person, wrong time. He needed time to study all the other elements of being a Head coach and not to simply get stuck into training himself saying 'follow me'. Dealing with the current generation is an art form in itself and they are always going to ask 'why are we doing this?', you can't simply say 'because i'm telling you to". They need to buy in to the philosophy and culture within the club, but then again do FC have either of these in place or at least a plan to put them in place.

| =#0000FF:3p65cqzxlooks like Westy puts the blame on the players door !!!l we've had some close matches and come out on the wrong end of the result, which shows we can match it with anyone.
"There is no magic formula, it's down to hard work and as group taking responsibility for our performances."
With the next chance to put it right coming with a notable derby clash against arch rivals Hull KR at next week's Magic Weekend event, Westerman says there is no better fixture to turn it around.
He said, "If you can't get up for a game like that, you're not going to be up for any game in rugby league. Playing in front of 40,000 fans is something we all get motivated by and if you can't, you're going to struggle.
"We've been narrowly beaten in some big games this year, St. Helens we got beat by 4, Warrington and Cas got beat by 2 and then Hull KR a couple of weeks ago. We need to turn those matches into points and things will look a lot different.
"It starts on Saturday. We owe them one from the game over Easter and we owe the fans and the coaches one after the last couple of games, in fact everyone at the club.
"Everyone works so hard here across all the staff and we all want one thing. To get beat by Wakey and then turn up the week after and do that is a joke, so we must put that right. Hull KR is the big one really, so we have to be up for it."

WESTERMAN FEELS FOR STAFF AND FANS AT THE CLUB
Hull FC's in-form forward Joe Westerman admits he feels for everyone involved at the club after the Black and Whites' recent run of form and says the players must put it right.
Hull FC's in-form forward Joe Westerman admits he feels for everyone involved at the club after the Black and Whites' recent run of form and says the players must put it right.
The former England Knights captain has been one of the highlights of an inconsistent season so far for the Airlie Birds, impressing with a string of instrumental performances.
However, taking little solice from his own displays whilst the team aren't picking up the wins, he says the whole squad must take responsibility and make some significant improvements.
"We are all in it together, we are a team. It's not Radders' or Lasty's fault, it's not the staff's fault, it's not the fans fault. They're doing everything we ask of them, but as a group of players it's now down to every single one of us.
"At the end of the day, we're a squad of 30 players or so and we have to all make an individual effort to work harder, player better and show more energy so we can improve as a team."
He continued, "The coaches are right behind us, we're doing everything right in the week but then at the weekend we play like that. It could be a confidence thing, but only we can turn that round.
"We all feel for the coaches and the fans, of course we all want to be winning matches, but we'll get there. Up until tonight [Wigan game we've had some close matches and come out on the wrong end of the result, which shows we can match it with anyone.

Decided to do a bit of research, regarding numbers on Coaching staff.
This is the League Table (except Widnes & Bradford)
Leeds 28
Wigan 19
Hull KR 15
Huddersfield13
Catalans 13
St Helens 11
Warrington 11
Cas 10
Wakefield 10
Salford 10
Hull FC 7
London 6
Maybe if Pearson employed more staff, we would be in a more healthier position.
