When he was at Salford he worked really hard in pre season 2012.Lost over 2 stone and looked in great shape.Think him leaving Salford was more to do with money or lack of it at Salford because he would have been on a good wedge.

At 31 you would like to think he still has a few years left in him.A fit and motivated feka could turn out to be a decent signing as long as he isnt taking a quota spot or a lot of salary cap.

Feka is a big, imposing presence on the field and along with Paea will form the impact we've needed.

I've been told he was history every week since just after the CC Semi. Seems to be doing alright so far.

Not convinced at all, and really shocked with a 2 year deal, everything was in our favour, surely a 1 year deal would have been better?

If he can get his form back, is non quota and cheap he might turn out to be a good signing.

My big concern is that when he lost so weight he lost some impact and looked average, hopefully he has the right balance.

Still think we need a backrow forward with a bit of impact, but not sure this will happen.

I still hope Lynch stays for a year and we will have a decent pack

Having mulled over this for a while I'm quite happy with the signing. Time will tell whether or not he's going to be a good signing but on the face of it it's a good coup IMO. All the reports are saying he's in the best condition of his life, he's hungry and very much raring to go. I don't think it's fair to say 'if we get the Feka who played for Wigan or if we get the one who played for Salford' etc, we will use him as we see fit. As for his age, he's 31! Hardly on his last legs and with the experienced heads leaving; Tickle (30) Lynch (33) & O'Meley (32) he'll be an important guy to have around. We're assembling a very exciting young squad but there needs to be a balance as Ellis can't burden all the responsibility of nurturing the team.

It's evident what's been lacking this season and that's punch down the middle so with Paea & Feka coming in we've clearly gone a long way to addressing that. Will turn out be a shrewd signing IMO.

Not worried by Salford comments, wasn't exactly a well run or coached club when he was there.

Some sources claiming Walker failed a medical on his knee and so the deal is dead. Same sources saying that Lynch is still leaving though. Maybe the two deals weren't linked after all?

Weyman (along with most of the Dragons side apart from Duggan) has been poor this season, but I still think he will be a good signing. Costigan is average, no better than lots of English backrowers.

Rover signings are Ok and should improve their defence, but their attack will suffer massively with the loss of Dobson.

Maybe thats why we signed Feka. Leaves us with

Not quiet good enough IMO, keep Lynch and release Johnson and it would look a lot better.

The deals were independent, I know hull were unhappy on the walker medical and cried off.Lynch still off to castleford.

Personally he has yet to convince me by what I've seen on the park but maybe he merits another season.

I think Johnson is twice the player Bowden will ever be tbh. I think Green will be our best forward next season if his progression continues at the same rate!

I believe we were talking to Feka before the Walker deal fell through.

I would have seen Walker rather than Feka as a replacement for Lynch because Feka wont be able to play the big minutes that Lynch does, so if Lynch still goes do we have one forward less than we planned to have?
