they would still haul him up on the same charge with a possible 1 game
ban as this is the appropriate punnishment for the offence in question. So cos he was sent off and missed over 70 mins and never been sent off before how can that not class as the ban? Utter joke.

its not only the disciplinary panel that needs looking at, but the consistency of the refs, whereas the ref sent Radford off last week, a different ref may only have sin binned him, another may even have just put it on report, Refs should all be singing from the same hymm sheet,
S.O.S would have been a fair result too.

Only just seen the incident. As soon as I did I had a look at the disciplinary reports. Very, very glad the appeal was successful. He can't let his temper get the better of him in future of course (and I'm sure he won't), but it was good to see Baily get what he deserved nonetheless, and even better to see a victory, of sorts, against Red Hall bias.
