sorry Im not allowed an opinion or a change of mind I will ask permission next time.

So people who have consistantly voiced their opinions that Agar is not up to the job as head coach are fickle, but people who completely change their mind within a few weeks aren't?

I'm just glad i've been fairly vocal on here for a while now about the problems. I wouldnt want to be called fickle now would i.

no I didnt mean that, I meant that Had we won there wouldnt have been as many Agar out posts as there are now. he was the bext thing when we beat saints now hes the devil, thats whats FICKLE about it all,. the coach isnt the only one to blame, the players have to take some responsibility aswell,

Why are we fickle ?. We see it it for what it is, we are crap no ideas, been saying it for to long now, i have never changed my opinion of agar so why does it make me fickle.
At least i don't go round with my head burried in the sand thinking everything is great because we are in 4th.

Nothing fickle over here. We got beat by Agars own game plan tonight. Perfect 5 drives and a kick from wakey . We couldn't muster any thing like it.

Can't even be assed TBH. We'll lose most of our games between now and the end of the season and get beaten (probably stuffed) in our only play off game and we'll all be back next year. At least we can blame it on injuries again now

The standard is getting worse imo and 4th indicates being up there with the best of a bad bunch, 4 years ago we'd be looking at bottom 4 the tripe we turn out now.

Weve played well in 2 games all year (saints), the rest have been boring, lucky wins at times

That tonite was just waiting to happen because thats what type of rugby you play with a tosspot of a coach who is so clueless it is now laughable. For me, the worst coach we have had and ive seen some bad ones in 35 years of watching.

take maybe wigan out and most clubs have flattered to decieve this season so far.people crowing abour kr beating leeds,celtic beat them at headingley 3 weeks ago.hull like most clubs ,some good results then a poor one.having said that,we dont seem capable of really hammering a team when we get on top.yes we have done well to be 4th at the momoent,but we are some way off being a top 3 side.anyone who has seen hull this season knows we have won matches we would have lost last season,but have not been totally convincing at times.they have stuttered over the winning line in some games and lack that killing instinct.

The side needs shaking up big time, we all see it as fans, but numbskull continues with his idiocy. Tansey is not a fullback, FACT. Whiting is not a winger FACT. Change it now.

He did the next best thing by sending out Berrigan and Washy at 7 and 6, I know there isnt much he can do about it now (apart from the obvious and trying Tansey or Houghton) but if he is in control of recruitment as much as the club would have you believe he has to take the blame, you could see it coming a mile off.

I wouldnt normally want a coach to listen to the fans, the Wayne Bennett quote and all that about ending up in the stands, but the general opinion of the fans I know and on here was that we can all see the benifit of Long coming in, but bringing just Long in alone was short sighted at best even suicidal, everyone could see that, because with Horne/Berro and Washy at 7 and 6 we are quite possibly the worst side in the league, I really cant see why this issue wasnt sorted because it has been the same for two years and should be really obvious to even the most stupid of people.

Forget front rowers or centres, our number one priority needs to be someone who can come into the first team with the ability to kick a ball between the fullback and the wingers, it could be from our academy, the national leagues, SL or Australia, but until that happens, we will often churn out performances like last night.

we are 4th because teams around us are beating each other not because of our players or style or we would be bottom.

this is not about 1 defeat we are playing clueless rugby week in week out, its not acceptable for us the fans, you have to blame agar because the book stops with him it is him who will be sacked because of it. agar sits in the stand with his arms folded when he sees mistake after error after mistake and just sits there, im sorry but the players who are making the same old same old mistakes why isnt he doing what i would do walk down to the pitch shout to the player and say you have 5mins to book up or your off.the players will cost agar his job there is no doubt.ok agar might not show his emotions but why doesnt he do at least somrthing to show us he as an idea.

Why the hell did the board give him a new contract this year then?

One point that occurs to me is that, if those who would like to see a change in coach say so after an unconvincing win they are shouted down on the grounds that we won/are in 4th place. If they say so after we have lost, they are described as fickle.

Personally, I'm still upset by the decision to hand him an extension. Had he taken us to a 5th/6th place finish this season, they could have shook his hand, recognised that that's about as far as he'll ever take us and simply not renewed his contract.

For those of you who think it's boring on here 'these days', I'd book yourselves a nice long holiday - it's likely to remain the same for at least the next two years.

Big club, great stadium, great fans, brilliant off field set up, making money, yet they fail to pay the money required and set up the systems to attract a top class coach. It's akin to allowing a learner driver loose in your new Bentley.
