i thought galea had a good game always good in defence his attack will get better when he settles in and hes an 80 minute player dont know what hullman has been watching

Wonder what the injury situation was from yesterday. If Heremia drops to the bench next week I hope Green isn't dropped to keep Galea in the 17.

Doing ok, working hard and that's about it so far, if we have no injuries next week, I would drop him though as he as been our least effective forward so far this season.

Green deserves his spot over Galea.Maybe have Watts back and Tickle put in a good stint and will be better for it.

Green has been the highlight for me dso far this season, already looks a good SL forward and will only get better the more he pays and learns off the more experienced players.

Tough to pick the pack when Watts gets back and that's without Ellis, personally I'd go for,

Galea and Pitts to miss out.

Harsh on Pitts as well but Whiting offers that little bit more as can cover the backs.Johnson has been very good as well.

Agree, Pitts looks much improved, but tough decisions might have to be made.

IMO we always look better with whiting on and I sure he was off when we collasped last night.

Always going to have injuries an Knicks so might never be a worry for PG.

Good to have depth though.

Agree about Whiting as he was playing very well.Have got very good cover with Kent and Bowden as well.

What's happened to Bowden, to old for 19's and isn't playing at York, if he isn't injured, a bit of a waste. Good enough to playing for a lower SL club, so. Would look to loan him out.

He seemed to get through loads of defensive work again. Would like to see him do a bit more in attack though, but I guess (like everyone else) he is hampered by our lack of speed at the play the ball.

I think the tough thing is when there are names you wouldn't expect to be thinking about leaving out who are under-performing and the temptation is there to keep them in. IMO of the props/loose man group (i.e. O'Meley, Lynch, Johnson, Green, Pitts), Lynch has been 4th at best in terms of performance levels. Would still be a big call to drop him in favour of Pitts, though.

Can't see Gentle dropping him in a hurry. Green will make way I think.

He should be last in line for the chop IMO, been our best forward so far.

Totally agree , Green's made a very good start to the season , I see no reason to drop him.

If you look at lynch stats he has still been one of out best forwards in attack and defence, Galea has been the least impressive forward this year IMO and should be the man to make way.

However I doubt it will be and expect either Pitts or Green to make way, i hope I am wrong though.

green has been our best forward,and to drop him in favour of galea would tell you everything that has been wrong with english rugby league over the last decade... ie: clubs would rather play a cashed-up ozzie-has been, rather than a young english forward with bags of enthusim etc....

I thought Benny had a solid game against the Wire. I did think ,when he signed for you,that he needs a ballplayer to run off and that your half backs did not fit the bill. I do think that he could profit from Westerman though.

i think this is right, i didn't watch rovers much obviously but i bet dobson put him into a few holes over the last few seasons

I agree, just what I think would more likely happen. I would keep Green or Pitts over Galea in current form.

I know one thing all our backrowers are playing better than Manu so far this season (cue Willie scoring a second half hat trick in this game)

I think it's a bit similar to Westerman for us, he's better running out wide, not as a battering ram up the middle.
