Had his best game for us but still undecided on him....he is a "steady" player in the centres....dont really know where his best postion is.

I'm in a similar position ATM. Not convinced by him offensively as a stand-off, and still unsure of him defensively in the centres. Came on leaps and bounds tonight though.

If it was gidley who did that offload for whiting's try then we would be raving about it , think turner is showing some real quality and what is he 22 ?

Yes he has a great future and looks like he is full of confidence at the moment too.

Was impressed with him, I believe he has more improvement in him..great footwork and turn of pace...well done kid...
Agar deserves credit for his projects this year

Turner has been good for about 3 weeks now, showing real promise in the centres, his offload for Whiting and turn of pace for his try were both superb.

Was the better of our 2 centres last night - as I said last week centre has been his best position to date for Hull and if he carries on like last night and the 2 weeks previous he should easily hold down his spot.

I thought he looked really dangerous with ball in hand and showed pace I never knew he possessed for the try. Once he learns the positional aspects of defending in the centre, I think he could do very well. He's had a hit and miss first season, but he's improving every week.

Looks like his best position by a long way and, for me, he has nailed his starting spot in the side. He has all the attributes to become a very very good centre.

Fully agree. Friday was his best game so far.

Good English centres are very hard to come by.
Looks like we have a couple of very good ones tied to the club for the next few years.

Seriously though he had an excellent game in both attack and defence.

Wasn't convinced by him when he played at SO but he has had 2 good games and 1 very good game at Centre now. With an extended run we should find out if he has the potential to make the postion his own.

Looking better every week...some good defensive work this week...growing in confidence.

Agree. Yeaman's concerning me a bit though. His anticipation of there being something on is pretty poor.If you watch the video of the Saints game and the Manu/Briscoe try, he literally looks asleep in backplay and jumps like he's woken up when he realises Briscoe's going on a run.

Yes hubby and me said the same thing when we watched it. Overall he has improved for me this season based on the last 2 seasons, but he certainly appears to lose concentration at times.

Maybe next season is the year to move Yeamo to the forwards.
