Well the point I was trying to make was that if a shirt is a huge success then surely it's a great shirt? I would be quite happy for Rovers to release a pink, purple and lemon away shirt if it sold in the numbers that the grey and orange one did. Seriously watch the 2009 derbies back, nearly every other person had it on, it's rare to see an away shirt be that popular as a percentage amongst the fans. |

Yeah remember that, nice retro value now though.  Don't forget as well though that it was par for the course at the time - early 90's football kits were often very flash and colourful.
Don't see anything wrong with a jazzy design if it proves popular. |

I saw the retro shirt in the club shop today. I was quite impressed with the quality but it just looks wrong with the collar on a shirt with the mid 80's club crest. If it had the V neck I'd have bought one

Looking on the Cas site ,apparently they have had some bother with the origional sponsors and have changed.
New shirts already in production with Origional sponsors ,hence the dirty great iron on Sticker.
Shame as it was a really nice shirt. |

exactly what i was thinking ! if it had a vee neck it would of been great or alternatively the three gold crowns on a blue back ground badge on the shirt with the collar would of been retro ,it has better irregular spacing than the the retro ones made in the last season at the boulevard or the ones made independantly by reto rugby shame |
