I have known several of the players and staff at the club for a long time and they often have a laugh at he salaries quoted on here and in the press still as one once said it sells newspapers and makes folks think they are in the know. But some of the amounts stated in here are ludicrous!

Hard to say with his lack of pace full back isn't ideal for him, but with the discipline required and the fact that most teams' halfbacks initiate set plays and conduct the rhythm of attacks, his off the cuff, instinctive style did not work well for us when he did try 6. I still think centre, the position in which he was picked for England against NZ, was where he did a lot of good stuff and I may be wrong, but the England boss at the time was Smith, I think.
