I agree with that, and I am happy with who he shipped out and brought in, but for me the biggest problem was and had been since Judas did one was our lack of scrum half.
What Sunday proved was a pack is a pack they will drive the ball forward 5 & a kick no matter how talented they are (the same as the pack did last year) unless you have a decent h/back to organise & create to move them around. Without creative h/backs, the best pack in the world will just drive because that is their jobs.

I'm not sure the problem is simply down to no depth at half back, the problem to me is a little wider. We don't have enough (and haven't since 2004) ball handlers at the club. We are packed full of runners, some exceedingly good runners to be fair, but nonetheless runners.

I'd quite like to see Hall play at SO. Either way Tansey HAS to play SH and I hope to god they will be training like mad this week with Tansey learning the calls and the players showing a willingness to listen to him.

If he changes the halfback combo then he's admitting he made a mistake in playing them. I reckon he will keep the same combo just out of his own stubborness. No disrepct to the crusaders but we will come up against teams where we might only get a few chances to score. If longy isn't playing then we are going to struggle. I dont see the point in moving Tansey from fullback, let him settle there rather than moving him about. There must be another Broughy out there who can play a similar role.

If Agar drops the Golden Child, I'll turn up to the game in a Rovers shirt!

If Agar is going to even resemble a coach, The halfback combo has to change, preferably with Horne out of the 17, Moa has to come in, as does Turner and possibly Calderwood.

Daft?? not really , he has proven this season that he is a 80 minute player now he is fully fit, the lad has an awesome ability to break through defenders and I can visualise the FB and others running off him all day long down the middle, he has speed, strong in defence, great hands, offloads at every opp, good passer ,
Seems like a stand off to me when we need to fill in!! ( always thought this or centre too)
and without doubt offers more than Washy or Horne!!

Master tactician RA has decided to rest him for this game....he thinks the combined 'creativity' of Horney and Washbrook will see us break their line on many occassions

I reckon the team will be more or less a carbon copy of Sundays team.

Berrigan to step into the position Washy played and Houghton to start. Tickle back in if fit.

I really cannot see Agar changing anything else, hope i am wrong but cannot see it.
