Only going off rumours, fairly solid ones though. He was alledgedly telling people that Bomber and Gentle had falllen out, he or his wife had said on facebook that the club were lying to the fans over McKinnon's departure and he was supposedly cheering on Wakey on Sunday.

Indeed, but so many players let themselves down at times during that game, it would be unfair to just highlight that mistake. Even though it could have won us the game it certainly was not the reason we lost.

Hang on, it was effectively the last play of the game, he was greedy and didn't score, we lost = if that's an accurate assessment then I think it is the reason we actually lost, everything else was a contributing factor.

Yeah I can see where your coming from I guess it depends how you look at it really. I just think picking out one mistake makes him a scapegoat, admittedly he was awful on Sunday but no worse than some others.

We were at the other end, but it looked to me like the Wakey defender was practically in our attacking line and would probably have intercepted the pass if it had been given. It was on about the third tackle so we still had a couple left in the bag anyway.

I have not read the whole thread but Gentle and Bomber seemed pretty pally on sunday, OMeley was at the end of our stand with Horney and Bowden, I doubt he would have been cheering on Wakey with them.

He had loads of time to get the pass away,decided to dummy,just the wrong option,that was just one mistake in a very bad performance.

I'm still in shock how we lost but after our last score, we just never got any ball, they got loads repeat sets, a few penalties (to the point where we had to let go like a hot potato in the tackle) and a couple of knock ons. With 10 minutes to go it seemed inevitable we were going to lose even before we went behind.

Saw Tommy Lee straight after the game, I jokingly asked him if he had wanted us to win he just smiled and said I have supported FC all my life, mind even if he was not an FC fan from childhood I doubt he would cheer any team Agar coached!

What i have heard from an ex sponser of one of our players (who is going at the end of the season ) is that Omeley is out of favour for smoking ,and him and Manu came to blows after the derby game .

The big point in the game for me was when we were 30 - 14 (or 16) up, we'd gone from our line to halfway and Mathers was the only man back on the last, Ellis then hacked the ball straight down his throat, they came up our end and scored.

And taking the 2 when we did, a ridiculously defensive decision IMO.
