then feel fit to bully you and tell you that they will get your beifits stoped and take you off the course cause you wont let them have there 20% extra pay

if i were out of work and wanted a job, then i would do any job just so i could actually earn my money.

last week a woman summed it up. when she was asked if she would do any type of employment, she said yes. But she refused to work in fast food etc because she didnt want to be seen there! typical!

It really gets my goat that the jobs are there but people are too proud to do some things. Get over it, and get working.

sorry if i offend anyone, its nothin personal but people who want a job should be willing to undertake ANY kind of employment!

May have escaped a few peoples notice but there are 1,582,700 unemployed in this country and rising. The government would sooner pay a private company £100 per person a week ( FFS) to "motivate" claimants back into work. If anyone saw last weeks programme they had around ten on the course thats a grand a week, good job A4E has an increasing supply of candidates coming onto the job market.

These firms are a bloody joke, last week they where " motivating" single parent ladies back to work because there children where now eleven. Its down to seven soon and mothers will be forced back into work or humiliated by some half baked neo nazi who has looks like a days hard work would kill her. I bet I know what her politics are as well and they like to give an impression of caring, the only think that they care about is the profit margin. She would serve the country far better as a traffic warden or prison warden .

Not a thought for who looks after the children, which in a single parent family is a problem. Please don't anyone give me any bollox about paying there way and earning a living crap, there is a recession you know people lose jobs. MOST PEOPLE DO NOT CHOOSE TO BE SINGLE PARENTS FOR LIFE, some have no choice or perhaps they should stay in abusive or violent relationships.

Stop whinging about other people and think " there but for the grace of god " be thankfull and show some respect. I am sure there are jobs many of us either could not or do not want to perform, some one "just doing a job" hardy attains maximum performance.


We can give billions away to banks, foreign car makers and others, but we keep the bottom of our society on the bare minimum.

We shouldn't be paying private companies to motivate people.

If people are offered jobs and then they turn it down for no good reason they should have all their benefits stopped and should be given small amount of vouchers each week for food, gas etc etc.

Action 4 Employment...and to Danny2...they dont bully people they actually get people to do stuff and get a job rather than rotting on the dole like 99% of them want. Lazy buggers

I tend to agree. Very few people actually really enjoy their jobs or they do jobs they dont like just to get by until other jobs become available. I've done loads of factory work before, simply so that I can say I earned my money. Anyone who says people in this country are living below the "poverty line" (unless we are talking about the homeless) are part of the reason we have a benefits culture in the first place IMO.

If you go to work everyday with the attitude that you portray so far in this thread I can fully undrstand why people feel bullied, hardly an empathetic approach to individual circumstance.

I just wrote out a long winded reply to this & lost connection no time to re-write it my break ends in a mo....but to summerise.
1. 99% of em are bums who have & never will work!
2. Single perents,don't make me laugh most of these fine ladies will have new lads "living" with them but failing to let the authorities know!
3. 1 of the work shy layabouts openly said last week the government make it to easy for them to claim money 300 sheets a week this fine lady was collecting for watchin jezza kyle!
4. Another said she could not get a job as she was a dj & the taxis stopped at 1am! Hahaha feckin genius a bloody dj...though fair play she was working after the course!
5. They all cry poverty but they always find money for fags (must be thick end of 6 quid a pack by now so that's near 42 quid a week)
6. What's all this £250 go back to work "bonus" & £40 A WEEK TAX FREE FOR A YR?
7. I could go on but gotta get back to work.....I know crazy eh......

i started off extremely positive but after the years i have been here i am a broken man. if you had put up with this for as long as i have you would be the same. i leave soon anyway so i wont be fed up ever again yay

i left a4e and went to hull college on beverley road and found a placement to then getting a christmas job

a4e teated me like a kid and offord me jack $hit

and i was better off at home looking for a job then in that $hithole
