Say better average home attendance then...then i can comment on your council funded rented accomodation. Im sure any team who had a stadium like yours would have a better attendance than us, its a fact we can only have 10k, where as the KC stadium is 25k. So its pure physics that any half decent SL side would get better attendances (unless they are on the moon!). (or Celtic/Crusaders or whatever)

Fan base as you put it indicated the area its in, which is the same city. if we was Saints-Wigan then fair does as they are different places.

What league table? i didnt partake in this seasons events, financial constraint, and the 2am finishes and bad luck i was getting

Throughout the years FC have had higher attendance than Rovers Despite the millions of fans your lot claim to have.

We did find thanks. Its due to my progression into a winning player, Jim, Dave (not at present) and Mr Lees as well that we are winning games. I won my first 7 games when i lead the team out, then i started to think about player of the year

and it went downhill from there!

I was making reference to something you might actually remember, most FC fans have very short memories so i thought i would help you out. If you would like me to provide times where in the SL Era Rovers have had 80% attendances then i will do so for you. You can do the same for me with FC at the KC...might as well just list the Rovers fixtures over the past few year...

Just name how many times Rovers have sold out in the last 3 years. Then think about whether or not the capacity of your stadium is holding you back

I wouldnt say and im sure you agree its the capacity, the 'state' of the stadium, compared to the likes of the KC, JJB etc, the south stand, well really shouldnt exist but it does. the 'golf' stand is adequete when you compare the fact its seats to wakey, salford, cas, celtic and the stand i was in at Catalans was very similar. The prices is a different story.

We sold out against Warrington in the cup, there's a start. You have the ability to sell more passes and lets be fair, you've had the monopoly of the fans for the years no-one was interested in Rovers, when we was getting 3k. People soon come back.

If you was still at Boulevard then im sure this might be a different topic. Thing is your not. We dont sell out, but this is 9/10 due to the lack of away support. You cant argue with that, we sell out the East and West stands every single game. Maybe with a football stadium we might have a better chance, but its not the case.

I would'nt shut them down, I would play the mother in law at prop (she's 82) our lass on the wing (never ran anywhere in her life) our kid at scrum half (he hates sport)and a bunch of other suitable players.

When they are losing 2000 - 0 at half time I would go into the changing room and try buck them all up a bit, "come on Joyce (m-in-law) give them one of your stares!", "wife you go into one of your moods!", "go on our kid, open some more cans!" that sort of thing. Obviously the crowds would go down but what a laugh eh??

Robbo...there is always band wagon jumpers. If we win a few there will always be new people, like when you lose however many 'fans' last season when the going was tough, wonder if we compared the attendances for the same games. But thats starting a new arguement

Good heavens ... not more transfers from you in the offing. I saw them playing for you in the derby. Whilst they outshone the rest of your team I was not impressed!

You've just had your best league season in a generation and you couldn't get anymore through the turnstyles.

Can't be bothered to read all previous nine pages but my reply to original post would that after all the spite, bile and projectile throwing that has come from East Hull for the last 3 seasons, I would not be sad to see them fold. I used to be all for them being in SL but unfortunately the behaviour from some Rovers quarters, from Hudgell down is not fitting for a team in any top flight sport.

Exactly I felt a bit sorry for him yesterday and was defending him saying I really hope they work their finances out but after just reading that twoddle on their website and the fact he cant help getting a few jealously induced digs in at our club when ever he can, the quicker they go belly up the better for me !
