I think the board may just put the 'pay at the gate' drop off, down to the economical climate. If passholders don't go, then it helps to give them a clearer picture of what is really happening.

Noble is one option, however we have a board of directors whose job it is to provide us with a coach, ideally one who can manage to interchange the players and win a game. if they fail it is their job to find another one.
