dont get the inclusion of Johnstone and Scott at the expense of Jack Brown

I don't believe it is a poor bench, all those named on it are performing and contributed towards beating Wigan last match as well as our other good results, they've let nobody down so far let's give them some credit

Catalan have a big forward pack.I agree non of the players are letting us down but we have players who can slot into 9 if necessary rather than carry another 9 and i would have thought Brown would have been a better option with a bit more size and mobility than johnstone.
We also have a real metre maker and strong runner in Faraimo who i think is a better option than Scott for this game

I thought faraimo might have made the bench instead of Scott.

I wonder what Brett's thoughts are behind his decisions, I can see your point, with the big pack thing. Maybe Brett thinks we cope against any physicality as it is and likes a few more strings to the bow off the bench.

Get the feeling that Faraimo will move on end of season so Hodgson looking to the players who are staying

And Brown if we arent careful, he has to be disappointed with it making the 17 with props injured.

Very tight first half. Missing Taylor tonight, bit of grunt up front to help Satae out.

Think if anything we're playing a bit too conservative in trying to take them on up the middle.

Again errors and indiscipline are playing their part.

As a side note it's disappointing to see too many fans not wearing face masks in what I regard as a privileged position to be in watching the game.

Catalans are a decent team but one we need to be beating if we want to finish high up up the league this year.
Was always going to be tough after last week's effort though.

Poor performance, think Hodgson got it wrong today, we are lacking forwards so to not play Brown was a mistake.
