Live in Rugby now.

Set up the Rugby Raiders in the RL Midlands Conference in 2004. We only lasted one season, but played our first home game on The Close (William Webb Elllis and all that) at Rugby School.

I got in touch with the Rugby League and Russell Smith agreed to come down and referee the game v Wolverhampton Wizards. (Russell had done the Anzac Test in Oz the week before, Hudds v Hull game on Sky the night before and came down at his own cost so he could say he'd refereed at Rugby School too. Russell is a total rugby league fan and I certainly got a different perspective on referee's after talking to him about the game).

A Great day. Shame we couldn't continue, but we just couldn't get enough players in a Rah Rah town.

The format of it comes from how members of some M'cycle clubs show their allegience to their said club, ie:

You beat me to it! On my first post on the HDM site I asked Dexter a question about greyhound racing at Craven Park in the late 40's which he correctly answered. I was then accused by a Rovers fan of being another user name posted by Dexter himself. Evidently he has a few!
