many a time hull fans were welcomed to warrington central with wire 'fans' with snooker balls in socks,
not forgetting the game at wilderspool the week after the shameful fc antics at the galpharm when wire fans tried to cause trouble with the hull supporters behind the goal, thankfully the police knew what they were intending to do and moved them out of the stand

cant be bothered quoting all the replys to my other comment, but most are along the lines of 'well warringtons not a good place either'.

what has that got to do with it? i said that not as many warrington fans will travel because of previous bad experiences, which i said in reply to a comment about our away support to the KC being awful. what has the fact that warrington isnt perfect either got to do with it? i never claimed it was, and its not really relevant at all, just being picky. it would be relevant if it was at warringtons place, but its not.

also, i said it was expensive, and got a reply about challenge cup final last year being expensive. personally, i wont be coming on friday as i cant afford it, and yes i did go to wembley and do go to most home and away games, just low on money at the moment. satisfied?

I don't care about your reason. If you are not coming then fair enough, whatever reason it may be. We all have them. Wire fans though seem to want to call Hull as being a terrible place, and citing that. I have been to wire on may occasions, and had loads of bother. Will still go though, as although I may have small ears, I don't have a small mind.

I'm going to be honest I don't normally go to Hull FC.. I went about 3 years ago and I had to run back to the coach and I hated it! However, I am going to go this year as I haven't heard of any trouble in the past few years since I went. I was going at the start of the season before I even knew we [ucould[/u win the league there. As another poster has said every club has it's clowns and unfortunately all the decent supporters get tarred with the same brush. Anyway fingers crossed there will be no trouble there, I doubt there will be.

Should be an awesome game and I'm a little nervous about it, it's going to be a tough one!

Yes I was that terrified that I ran back to the coach- all '20 metres'! It wasn't very nice but as I said in the above comment, everyone has had an experience like that and it happens. Why are you so defensive?

If FC had a chance to win a trophy in a game I'd be there, The KC is hardly Libya is it FFS

I'm not defensive, just astounded that you can make a 20 meter dash to a coach with probably no more than people chanting and jeering sound like running battles for Baghdad.

If you were a 16 year old girl and you felt terrified, I'm pretty sure you would have ran the short distance to the coach.. Your acting as if I am exaggerating, I didn't say I came out the stadium and had five fat bald men chasing me, hurling abuse at me and taunting me did I!

I must walk out of the ground with my eyes shut, iv not seen any sign of trouble, since we left the Boulevard, and then id have to go back to the 80's, must be blind and deaf, all these "fans" coming on here saying they've been yelled abuse at, chased back to the coach etc etc, what a load of bollox, dont believe half of it!!

So, if no one was chasing you, hurling abuse or taunting you, why did you run back to the coach? I've been to Warrington, you can't have been in a rush to get back!

I was thinking the same. the only time I've ever seen anything has been against rovers. I even missed the wire fans rioting a couple of years back
