Quite simply our players consistently underperform as a unit because of the tactics ( tongue in cheek ).

O'Mely, Houghton, Moa, Ticks, Manu, Fitz, Yeaman, Briscoe would all make any top 4 squads. Thats where we should be.

Look at Rovers squad today - Hodgson, Wheeldon, Hall & Briscoe all discarded by us as not good enough.

I Didn't want Agar from the start to take first team role . I certainly don't want him next year. If the BOD fell he is the right man to "Lead & Improve" the team , Then these cash cows wont be having my money next season. It's tough after a long time been a season pass holder to say enough is enough .

Its going to take a huge drop in attendances and season pass sales to force change. There has to be an unhealthy relationship between the board and Agar that mean his poor performance is being overlooked.

Well we are already 1,800 down per game and the final average will fall by a similar figure. However the board will not put this down to the underperforming coach, no way.

We are stuck with Agar for next year even if we miss the playoffs which looks increasingly likely.

Apart from his moment of brilliance obviously.

2000 less fans at each game is around £400k drop in income I would have thought, factor in the amount of that we pay to the SMC and it's £200k off the bottom line. Unless we can make some fairly substantial cuts then we'll likely be looking at a significant loss for 2011

I seem to remember Agar declaring that one of the things he was going to make a point of improving was the teams Pts for and against ratio, seeing as we are now on -1 it again shows that he just can't cut it at this level and it out of his depth.

The BOD really need to act now before the club suffers anymore damage, fact is as the financial hardships for many families gets more of a grip the money for next seasons passes/tickets will more than likely be used elsewhere than wasted on the same we have seen for the last 4 years under Agar.

The BOD have no emotional attachment to the club. They don't care about the club like we fans do

after 2 dreadfull years in 2008 and 09 the fans stuck by the club and crowds where very good at the begining of 2010 14k+ but some people think enough is enough and you cant blame them

Not a case of being fickle though is it? its called breaking point of patience after 4 years of paying for something that is not worth it especially as financially there are other more worthwhile things it can be spent on. After nearly 30 years of paying and supporting this club I think I and everyone else in entitled to put their hard earned money into what they like.
