Why? dispensation can only go so far. If Rovers know the rules better than the RFL then tough titty. Nobody would turn down the chance to bend rules as far as they can without breaking them to gain advantage in any sport. |

That was then. Less halves around now , the ones that are are older or inexperienced and Dobsons young enough but has had the benefit of a 2 years in SL. |

Quite. When you think of all the bemoaning and groaning during the closed season of the scarcity of quality halves and the unlikelihood of any coming available during the season then it's impossible to think that clubs may start sniffing around when one actually does. Isn't it? |

Super League teams may be sniffing around Dobson but NRL teams won't be interested unless it's a drastic injury situation and even then I'd be very very surprised if they looked to SL to solve their problem. |
