The north of England is a biggish market - even sticking to the most limited M62 definition of RL, rather bigger than New Zealand. Having gone to the expense of producing a game (including ESL squads!), surely it wouldn't cost that much to ship a few over here? At least I can buy one from Aus through ebay if it comes down to it.

The Wii version was awful, better with a Gamecube controller but still poor.

Big Ant apparently have a 5 year/game deal. Hopefully with the next version we will get a franchise mode or something. Sounds as though the only thing you can do is play online, quick match or just a competition mode.

Yeah you're right, just seems like they'll never get it right.

If you had a long-term RL supporting game production expert there's the potential for an amazing RL game, e.g. the gameplay of Jonah Lomu Rugby but with modern graphics and RL code, just seems like will never happen though.

We can but dream - EA would never produce one as there isnt the kind of returns they would want - even though theoretically they could easily alter their latest Union game to suit without too much development.

Yeah that's it - wouldn't take them a lot of effort. Drives me insane that they churn out the same (nearly) Fifa game year after year but won't do 1 RL game.

Im sure its been explored by them - just be nice to know their exact reasons why not, AFAIK their Rugby Union version is hardly the biggest selling game atall.

The only RL games I have played have always been pretty dull. So I don't think that I'll bother with this one either, especially after the review.

Disappointingly, I never really played Franchise that much, but seems a lot of others did. I just mainly played against mates, AI are rubbish on sports games.

I believe you can, PS3 is definitely region free, xbox I am not too sure.

I have the game on my Xbox 360 now and the graphics are not brilliant but it's a good first attempt!the only bad thing I have found so far about the game is that you cannot sign anyone throughout the season or in the off season a wen u finish one season it just says you have completed this season would u like to start a new one!!
