We are supporting our team that's why the crowds are up this year after 2 e seasons under this coach. However many of us realise that these blips you talk of have happened several times to often and the common denominator is Agar. Time for him to go.

Like I said, the season is only a quarter old, if that!!

Hull are 5th, not 3rd bottom. Even a primary School child can see the League table is showing Hull in a much improved position. Having seen you 6 times this year I would put my house and business up for a bet saying Hull will not finish 3rd bottom!!

The play off's would be an improvement. A high end play off finish (3rd to 5th) would be a very good season I reckon. I do not see why players like Tansey, Turner, Houghton, Hall or Tickle can be classed as any higher in quality to players at Warrington, Leeds, Saints, Hudds, Wigan or Rovers?

Therefore competing with those sides for League position is to be expected and that is exactly what you are doing. Those sides have also lost to lower ranked sides and have had bad days this season too (maybe not Wigan).

Even with the players you have and all their experience it was never gonna happen in the first ten games!!

Agar does not rate Craig Hall, he told a RLW journalist last year.

Personally, i think Craig is the best centre at the club.

its not the fact we've lost a few games that is the issue, its the fact we've turned out the same performances as 2008/2009 in these defeats, the same plodding, clueless, uninspired and error strewn performances. Yet we've been constantly told by the club to wait for 2010 and the new players and our form would improve (which we have done, and shown our loyalty with record pass sales) Yet we still keep playing like that, so the blame must lie with Agar.

In a way I agree, I have seen that rubbish turned out thios season. But, I have also seen little glimpses of Berrigan doing more than previous seasons, and Long and Horne forming a partnership that will do ok and Fitzgibbon, Luaki and one or two others have impressed too.

I just dont think it is all doom and gloom for Hull. If the same sort of display is produced against Rovers then you have to wonder a little more but I honestly believe they will come out and turn in a brilliant performance.

That is in the future though and I can understand that for some tonight was a bridge too far.

9 players kicked out last season and we can still throw out performances from last year . Agar has to go now!

The weakest part of our defence tonight was not Lyne, but Yeamon and Briscoe's side. Lyne's error for the try was covering yet another break on that side of the pitch.

For me, it is just inexcusable that our 17 tonight can play like that and lose to a Salford side that is clearly lacking in quality and is hardly good enough to beat anyone.

Agar wanted time to show what he could do with HIS squad and he has now had 8 games and that is clearly enough games to show that he is simply not good enough to take us to where we want to be. I'm sure he is doing his best but we need a lot more and the time has come to tell him, if he can't do the decent thing himself, that his abilities as a coach a more suitable for a much smaller club than ours. Whether that be a side like Salford or Wakefield or perhaps one of the bigger NL1 clubs.

Do the honourable thing Mr Agar and fall on your sword !!!!!

I was asking for his head long before the season started - he is a decent bloke but coach??? He wanted to build a team, his team and prove everyone wrong - so far he has proved nothing! apart from he has no plan B!

agar will not be sacked, pointless calling for his head, look at the results against saints, hudds, bradford and cas, all teams we lost to last season in the corrosponding fixtures, so it shows improvement, as dissapointing as today was, 5 from 8 would have been a reasonable target.

i don't expect agar to have his contract renewed at the end of this season though, i think rule and co have seen what happens when clubs like wigan and hudds have brought good coaches in and transformed average players into good teams and hopefully we will follow suit

IMO you will beat Hull KR with a bit to spare next week. They arent playing that well at the moment and struggled to beat us last week. The big test of where you are will be the 2 weeks against us when we have the majority of our players back (hopefully) minus Donald and Watkins.

On my hols in Oz I had the pleasure of meeting Matty Head. We had a few beers and his tongue loosened. I wont betray what he said but one thing he did say.........Rich Agar is a damn good coach. With his experience I know who's view I'll take thanks.

Well as a fan I am happy we have won 5 out of 8....however we lost 2 games which we really should have won, which would have put us up there.
