I can't imagine that he does. For him to (successfully) claim constructive dismissal there would have to be a fundamental breach of contract on the part of the club making it impossible for him to continue and entitling him to walk.

Publically at least the club seems to have been very supportive of him; some on here would say too supportive.

i would be happy to get rid of seven and try to keep tickle. he needs to have a rest during a game which he doesnt get which would make him a better player with his decision making.

I think the vast majority of us seriously hoped the rumours of a Union move were true, rather add him to the list.

They're both under contract for next seaon but there probably won't be any fees for them as I would imagine that the club are more focused on just getting them off our wage bill.

I think we'll get a fee for Tickle if any of them.

Mine too. If that list is accurate, I'd be quite happy, but I'd be far happier if Radford's name was added to the end of it.

The only thing that puzzles me a little is, if Tony is going, why hasn't he gone already? He's going to play no further part this season, yet he's still training (in the gym, at least) with the rest of the squad. Why?

Good point, I think there might be a slight chance of him staying, but very much doubt it.Certainly no offer on the table at the moment.

Wish we would keep Lee and feel Maloney hasnt been given a fair crack of the whip after looking promising imo. Tony looked a shadow of his former self and you can tell he has been very badly affected by injuries and he just cant be kept on. The rest, nothing personal but based on performances I'm very glad

There was an interesting comment from Tony Smith in League Express this week regarding Danny Tickle. He denied Tickle was on his way to Wolves but said:

"I believe that Danny would like to get back over to this side of the country. Have there been enquiries from his side? Probably. But it is not going to happen."

i dont think his release is fully down to performance and abilitly.
