Having read this, I would be more than tempted to go for the younger under 18s & 20s players from any NRL club.
Dobson was playing Sunday league, he was that far down the order.
Sharks would be a good target seeing as they need the cash, but first we need a coach that can bring them on.
Priority, VG coach + young SH willing to play for good money compared to what he will earn whilst waiting to get into the first team across there.

I dont know about anyone else but I'd be happy to stick with Thorman for another year if we were 100% going to sign Thurston for 2011. I'd throw a huge 4 year deal at him and build the team around him. Hopefully with him at the club we may produce a scrum half of our own good enough to take us through the next 10 years. |

another year is a long time to put up with this rubbish, agree about the four year deal though, they could just get someone in on a year contract like kimmorley or orford but that makes to much sense for fc to do that  |

Do you really think Kimmorley or Ordford would only come over here for 1 year ?
Personally i would think these type of players would be demanding at least a 2 year deal to cover the expense of moving their family over to the UK |

imho opinion, ya and no! kimmorely yes! orford maybe! kimmorely i cant see him physically capable next year let alone the year after but still think he`s worth a gamble and orford i dont honestly know, at end of day he is getting on and may start being more vulnerable to knocks. to be totally honest no matter who they sign they are only gonna be here for the dosh and might only fancy a quick year in super league to top up the retirement fund |
