Had a great game, really looking forward to see more of his game as he gets going and linking up with Houghton.

What's the taping he wears on his hamstrings for? Seen it on quite a few players in the NRL but always wondered what its for.

He used to have them on in NRL as well. Some sort of support for his hamstrings.

I was thinking today about the prospect of:

1 Horne
6 Heremaia
7 Seymour
9 Houghton

All on the pitch at the same time. As its already been said, he could be the missing link in the team and can be the running halfback the fans want.

For what was only his second competitive game in nine months I though he was great. A very promising display.

It'll take another game or two to see the best of him, though.

If he 'peaks' at Craven Park then it is fine by me!

He was fantastic, can't wait until he's fully match fit.

Went very well, and he will be awesome to watch when fully match fit imo, a fantastic combination with him & Houghton.

Nearly scored early in the 2nd half as well with same move.....his passing is a lot more faster and he comfortable passing both left/right and right/left...jumps out of dummy half and attacks the line drawing out defenders....should be starting hooker when Houghton fit.

Played very well for the time he was on. That try showed what a threat he could be as a half too. Nice distribution gets it out sharp from the ptb and seems to have time in there. Good effort.

Was excellent at times today, really liked the look of him. Seems like we might finally have added another much-needed savvy brain to our team.

Its K Tape. Good for treating injuries and can also help range of movement and fluid flow through the tissues. Thought he was great today. Lets hope he stays injury free

To be fair, watching the TV tonight, it looked like Horne who was beaten by Faiumu, and in fairness to Horne it was a fantastic sidestep. Watching it, it looks for all the world like he will step in the opposite direction to what he actually did, which is clearly what Horne thought too.

Played very well considering his current level of match fitness. With regards to his try, Kevin Brown should be getting an absolute mauling in the video analysis session for his part in it.

He was excellent and his second spell really changed the game for us. It's such a shame that we have lost Houghton as he comes back but it bodes well for next season.

Would not put him in the halves personally, he's a hooker.

I am sure you watch a different game at times, Seymour, Heremia and Houghton with Horne at f/b would be great for the rest of this season.

You mean where a player plays in his best position, yes I must do. He's a hooker, he can "fill in" in the halves but we have been crying out for rotation of our hookers all season and once Houghton is fit that is exactly what we should be doing.

Horne at fullback and Whiting/Westerman at 6.

can't gree, neither have what it takes, we know we need a new half next season, Heremia is better as an option than either of those.

no, he was good, he wasn't "outstanding" nobody was, two poor sides.

I agree he probably was only good but he outstanding compared to the rest of the performances barring one or two. He does a good job at 6 and imo it is crazy to lose the option of 2 hookers (once Houghton is back) when we have the option to use Whiting. Two good hookers can be just as lethal in any game as a 6 as Saints proved with Cunningham/Roby, and I for one want to use this season to get our hookers rotating effectively.

I want to finish 4/5th, and we need halves to achieve that, i'd rather spell Whiting at hooker with Houghton.
