Sunday was a low point for many supporters I have spoken to .
After Wembley and the playoff game we have been told never to expect the inept , gutless performances of the past .
On top of that the inconsistancies of the RFL in the governance of the game is hard to take .

No supporter if you are turning your back on the club, if you have supported the club as long as you say, then you will have seen much, much darker days.

In the 'darker days' the RFL didn't appear to be so biased and corrupt.

In the darker days, refs were crap, but consistently crap to BOTH teams....oh yer and not headed by a total self obsessed biased IDIOT, who is a supporter, youth player and season ticket holder of St.Helens.....WTF.

In the darker days players would put there bodies and careers on the line playing for us.

Why should I waste money following our club all over the UK when the game will be influenced by inept officials and corrupt personnel within the RFL.

IT's NOT a level playing field anymore.

This weekends events once again proves it.....I really can't be d with it anymore.

Hundreds if not thousands are being lost to our game/club...it's such a bloody big shame.

I know what its like, the club moved the play days to Friday nights and I could no longer attend. I go as and when because I have now found other things to do and that is what is happening with a lot of fans.

This continues and people will walk away, no one is being unfaithful because faithfulness applies both way. One side has consistantly failed to deliver season after season.

This is, of course, what the club has always targetted. It's so easy to win everything every year, so what's the point.

Its not the winning, I have been going since the mid sixties I can take crap. The fact is we should be enjoying good times now with the money the level of support we carry now provides and if anything it gets worse to watch.

We still have no working half back partnership and have not had since Cooke left, that is a mistake that should have been addressed and has not.

I enjoyed the rugby on offer under Bomber and then Kear, since then the club has not had a coach that inspires either me of the players.

The trouble now is people are reaching the end of the road and I always said this was a make or break season, fates conspire to make it very difficult for the club to go forward yet again.

Yes it was garbage on Sunday.

No, it is not acceptable.

However the memories of getting beaten at Dewsbury, Keighley and Rochdale are still fairly strong, so I have seen far worse. This is not the time to flounce out (like it makes any difference to us)

Maybe this "supporter" wasn't around in those really dark days ?

Whilst I was absolutely raging about our display on Sunday, I believe the previous games have shown that we are very close to being a very good team. As long as Radford has the guts to make the necessary changes I'm sure we'll soon be back on the right track. Now is not the time to be deserting our team (despite the best efforts of the RFL and its team of incompetents).
