I wouldn't play kirk at the minute. Turner has been awesome in attack and his defence is improving.

I always get Manu and Turner mixed up during games, and after the hit i first thought it was Manu.

Brilliant link play to put briscoe in for his try. No way would yeaman have done that. I'd stick with turner for next Friday

Thought he also showed Yeaman how a centre draws the man and puts his winger away for Briscoes try.

Think Gentle has some tough decisions really as re Turner/Yeaman and also Horne/Ellis at 6, Ellis' kicking wasnt great at times but much better than we have seen for a long while.

Wow....3 good hits in 3 years.....Turner has improved a lot il admit but im not a fan of him....for the derby would bring Yeaman back and use Turner to cover backs and forwards.

I just saw it on Sky and it did look really classy how he put him away.

I would maybe still lean to Yeaman due to him having a good record scoring record in the derbies. Wouldnt be unduly fussed if not though.

A lot depends on Yeamans recovery as well. However doesn't give out the right signs if a player has done a cracking job he is then dropped to bring the big star back in. Be interesting to see what Gentle decides this week though.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Martin rested and have Turner move to partner Sharp.

I honestly think the right thing to do is keep Turner in for Good Friday as he has took his opportunity! Yeamo on the bench would send out a massive message to all the fringe players, [uyou get your chance and it is up to you to keep it,[/u that philosophy breeds success!!

I'd play Yeaman on the right against Rovers, his defence is good enough to control Welham and its not like he passes the ball enough for it to really make a difference anyway whilst Turner is looking quality inside Briscoe.

I've been saying it for a couple of ages, we should move Yeamo to the right and bring in a top class attacking centre. Turner has been playing really well and would be happy to see him continue on the left. Yeamo can't put his winger away at all. Turner showed him how to do it.

Was a great hit, provided a massive and much needed swing in momentum and he had a very good game, also making the winning try. Would be happy for him to keep his place for next Friday now, although we would maybe benefit more as a team with him helping out in the back row rather than having too many inexperienced youngsters thrown into a derby. Had we less problems in the pack I'd just leave him be for definite, but perhaps needs must for the busy weekend coming up.

Just out of curiousity, how many games has he played for us overall? I know he's got a really good try/game ratio.

Absolutely no way Yeaman should come back in for Turner. Or Turner be moved to accomadate him.

He has shown Yeaman what centre play is about and improves week on week.

He is good at getting outside his opposite centre and either breaking through or passing to his winger. Briscoe's try last night being a prime example.
