I guess it depends on what deal Hull have offered him, I would imagine that his agent knows that the majority of teams in SL would be interested. And with Manu coming towards the end of his career he could possibly go to the highest bidder.

Hopefully the signing of Ellis and Pearson's continuing statements of intent will allow us to re-sign some players on a smaller wage than we would otherwise need to offer

Maybe we are the highest bidder. Officially we're the only bidder at this point in the season although I'm sure Willie's agent will have been contacted by others.

I doubt we will be the highest bidder, think about how much money it would take to make you move to a new job -

I would need at least a 15% wage rise for it to make it worth my while moving jobs/clubs.

The only thing I can see him moving on is if Warrington come calling as they offer big contracts to ageing players like they have done with Solomona, Hodgson etc. I still see him signing with Hull and hope to God that he does, It's a long short that Warrington will come in for him. But the possibilty is always there.

Will this signal Tickles departure. I would have thought with Ellis coming in and Manu's impending signature that would leave you with a relatively expensive back up 2nd rower.

Will be very good news for you lot if Manu does sign, from what I've seen he's your best player.
