Remember him?!

I stumbled across this bizarre site today....back in 2002 Rovers fan 'Paul The Red' took time out from trolling our board to make a crazy website....he created a fantasy world where Rovers were in Super League...tried to sign Jason Smith for £1000 and even had Rob Burrow on loan!

I know those inbreds from the East side live in a fantasy world, but the website below takes the biscuit!

remember both of them - i joined the forum under my previous guise the day of the mcalpine riot and the message board was full of rovers fans having a go at us - apart from those 2 none of the others were ever heard of again after a couple of games. they were also active in the email hull fc newsgroup (think vince groak set that up). i almost miss PTR's opening gambit 'hello scummers'

PTR was a top guy, had a couple of beers with him in Cardiff a few years back. He remained loyal to his team when 1000's didn't.

Yet here we are 9 yrs on...who'd of thunk it eh!

I hate to say it but PTR had a very good sense of humour coupled with a twisted desire to wind people on here up. As previously stated he had more about him than the likes that infiltrate this board now.

I know,goes to show anything is possible.I am actually beginning to believe in flying saucers.

Took no pleasure in having to ban PTR but I had no choice, seemed like a genuine bloke who you could chat with.

He's a priick who hates our club with a passion. Stuck the knife in at every opportunity and still does through his youtube persona

Got to agree. Although he did have a sense of humour, he was about as endearing as a nasty bout of herpes!! (something most Rovers fans will know all about!)

He was alright, the wars of witt between him and Shaun F were legendary.
