Looking at the remaining fixtures and assuming a relatively fit squad where do people think we will finish the season?

I've taken a fairly pessimistic view to the remaining fixtures but 6 wins from 12 would give us 30 points.
Of the teams below us they would have to do the following to finish above us;

Leeds and Bradford would need to 7 from 12 games.
Hudds would need to win 7/8 from 12
Wakey/Rovers would need to win 8/9 from 12

Leeds will finish above us I'm sure but if Hudds continue to implode I can see us finishing 5th and really looking at that fixture list we should be no worse than 6th IMO.

I said before the season that I would take 6th so if we finish in the top 6 I will regard the season as progress.

Like to think 4th but anywhere in the playoffs is a huge result given our last two years and i will be happy with a playoff chance this year!!

Looking at what you have put as regards the results, I am actually now more confident than I was! I actually think you have been quite pessimistic and don't think 32/34 points is beyond the realms of possibility

If we can beat Saints it will give us a huge boost, and with the players we've got coming back I reckon we have got a decent chance.

I certainly can't see us doing worse than 6/12. Bradford and Hudds are very winnable games and if can pick up one more from Saints, Leeds, Warrington and Wigan we will almost certainly take that 4th spot with Leeds needing to win 10/12 to topple us.

Even a modest 6 or 7/12 would be a decent outcome though imo and would see us safely into a home playoff.

Be surprised if we win another away match. Home games are probably right but I'll be disappointed if lose to leeds, wigan, wire and saints at home this year

Wire and leeds are either side of the CC Final, so either or both could be winnable.

Wire have yet to have any dip in form, can they carry on all year.

Hudds are on and off, we usually have a good record there too.

This week its cheering for Leeds/Wires and hope they get to the final of the Cup

Can see us beating Hudds and we have had a good record against Wigan over the last couple of years at home. The others i agree with and think 4th is achievable, 5th more likely, 6th a bit disappointing given were we are now and below 6th would be terrible.

Hudds and Bradford for 6th and 7th, hudds haven't reacted to the news brown is leaving and brough has signed very well, while Bradford will target the cup.

Wigan, saints, Leeds and wire to finish above us.

I'd be very happy to see us beat wire, Leeds and Wigan for the psychological boost that's we've beaten all our top eight rivals this season going into the play offs.

If we won all of those games we would finish higher than 4th

If we can get some players back and avoid any more serious injuries to key players I can see us finishing 5th or 6th. At the moment we are not a top four team; Wigan, Saints, Leeds and Wire are better than us by some distance. I would put us about on a par with Hudds and Bradford with either Wakey or Rovers making up the 8.

Would love us to need to beat Leeds last game to get 4th.

I said at the beginning of the season that we'd finish 6th to 8th and I'd be happy with that. I reckon we now have a shot at finishing as high as 5th and TBH I'd be delighted if we did given where we came in the last two seasons.

If your aiming for 5th it isnt really much better than 8th, the only real difference is a home tie in the 1st round
