I read in the HDM that Sam had been told by the coaching staff to put in more effort, well I hope they are bloody satisfied now.

I'm guessing he'll be dropped as soon as Radders is fit.

Him and Manu are showing Lauaki up, IMO.

Although Moa was the better of the two, his defence was impressive put in 2 or 3 huge hits.

He did work hard - just that Manu is class and in very fine form and Moa was scattering defenders all night. A right handful when all 3 are on the pitch at once.

After most of Moa's perfomances I have seen I would take him over Dowes and Radders any day!!!!

Bet our wonderful coach still drops him when the other 4 are fit

On tonight's showing should be 2nd in the pecking order behind Ogre.

On his showing at headingley he should have been 1st in the pecking order but he was still dropped

Brilliant tonight, perfect impact front rower, should play every week. Hopefully Agar will see the light and drop one of the plodders.

Great game from him. Brilliant going forward, and did a lot of work defensively. I noticed him making a lot of tackles. He's come on loads since joining, great player. He SHOULD NOT be dropped for the next game, regardless of who's back.

I thought that THAT tackle on him was appaling, too. Nearly put him straight on his head. Terrible. Happened straight in front of me. The ref wasn't even going to stop play until the linesman ran onto the pitch (and Lauaki charged in to have a go and King and Cooke).
It should be reviewed by the RFL and warned, but I doubt that anything will happen, look at the lift on Brent Webb last week, that put him in a dangerous position, but he was put down safely. Although I'd say safer than Moa this week. Appaling all the same, though.

Played 10 mins in first half then 20 minutes after halftime followed by the final 8 or 9 minutes. We looked a better team when he was on the pitch he has an uncanny knack of being able to offload the ball in what seems like an impossible situation. Once the rest of the team get up to speed and back him up more we could see a lot of tries coming from Moa.

The only problem is, is once Dowes/Cusack/Radford/Meley/Fitz are all available Sam will once again be shoved back in the reserves.

I'll hold my hands up and admit I thought Sam was a 'Tongan on the cheap', however I thought he has been good all season when allowed to playa nd was quite simply superb tonight. Well done! For me our four would be Ogre, Sam, Radders, Cusack.

I would also go with that 4 swapping Sam & Ogre on the interchanges. I like Dowes but he just isn't doing anything in games to warrant a place over the others.

Thought Dowes did more than Cusack tonight. And for those saying Moa is a waste of a quota spot, then they need to start watching Cusack, just a plodding donkey.

Dowes & Cusack are hard to differentiate, they both run the ball in a lot but fail to make yardage.
