Someone in the now will correct me but im pretty sure that one of Duffens first jobs on the SMC was to give us more favourable terms on our lease.
Sounds like he hates us doesnt it?

The positions are not linked and it is just that Pearson held both positions in the early days that see's Duffen continuing that now. Pearson for me was an honest broker in the job but the RL international stuff earlier in the season showed Duffen for what he is, Biased!

Would an independant guy run it as more strictly and that may mean rent increases , more events that may clash etc ? |

I too was under the impression it was Mr Duffen as head of the SMC that stated he could not guarantee the International figure until the premier league fixtures were out? Cant see why he's not implicated tbh.
